When I put on this vintage lace shift dress the other day, I couldn't help but think of their turn of the century dresses...

So I found this slip today amongst the men's button-down shirts today at Goodwill (of all places...) and fully intended to sell it on my etsy, but then I tried it on...and it was love!

I also fully intended to stay in tonight and work on my textiles hw...but then I went out with some lovely friends...(love?)

This is what the rain does to my hair. No matter how much anti frizz cream i slop on, pouf! There is something kind of charming and doll-like about it though, hm?

My Fall Wishlist

I've been lusting after these for some time....perhaps one day they will make it into my extensive black shoe collection. They are on sale too....



And to go with them, a nice pair of striped tights. Not that I don't already have two drawers full of differently patterned black tights...but still... here

I might say that one of my few regrets in life is not purchasing this amazing cocoon coat that Erin Fetherston did for Target. If anyone has one that they would be willing to sell to me or knows of where I could find one, I will probably cry tears of cocoon coat joy!

Plastic Bow Slingbacks- Irregular Choice (I found these 5 years ago at the Buffalo Exchange in LA! I was so thrilled, they were my favorite shoe designer in high school) *if you click on the photos you can see them up close :)

Purse- Betsey Johnson (I got this lovely on the buy one get one free sale a few weeks back! The love of my life at the moment. The giant stud is amazing!!)
