Love, Simone S/S Lookbook: Behind the Scenes!

So while I am still narrowing down the shots I would like to use in my S/S lookbook, I wanted to share with you all some of the behind the scenes shots from the day of the photoshoot. These are all at my house, which we used to stage multiple scenes (including my living room and parents' fireplace, and the entryway!).

Love Simone Spring/Summer Lookbook Sneak Peak!

On Friday I did my first real shoot for Love Simone with the darling local photographer Kristin Sweeting! We had so much playing dress up and staging an outdoor tea party with hanging teacups, doily lanterns, and mason jars filled with roses! I think we created the most beautiful wonderland and was sad to have to take it all down once it got dark. I can't wait to show you all the completed lookbook in a few weeks. After that I will be listing the entire collection on Etsy!

All photos by Kristin Sweeting
Models- Atlanta Northcutt, Isabella Margot, Kelly Etheridge
Makeup- Dhante Alderson
Hair- Kallie Robertson-Smith & Kristin Sweeting
Nails- Hannah Robertson-Smith

Love Simone Update: Local Honey Re-Stock

Here's what I've been working on for the past few weeks! Lots of reconstructed slips and bed jackets have hit Local Honey, as well as some ADORABLE bloomers. I'm kind of obsessed with them.....dreaming of different ways to wear them (pajamas, to the beach as a cute cover up, a picnic in the park...endless, right?!). The pink linen ones are made from a vintage tablecloth and the floral ones were made from fabric that I cut off of an ugly floor length dress! There's just something kind of exhilarating about cutting up something old and drab and making it into something entirely new.

I've decided to finally revamp my Etsy store and put up some of my summer bloomers and other reconstructed items since currently I only sell in Nashville! So be on the lookout for it :)
