N.E.E.T Magazine Global Fashion

So here I am lazing about in my bed trying to nap but cannot...(its so overly warm in this house), so I decide to peruse the blogs. While looking through the latest issue of N.E.E.T Magazine, I come across the Global Fashion section. I must have entirely forgotten that I submitted a style photo a while back because, well, I was quite surprised to see myself in the middle of the page :)

So thankyou N.E.E.T. Magazine that made my day :) Everyone should go check it out, it's a great issue as always!

PS I am on page 176 if anyone happens to go and see!

Starving Fashionista Sale

So. I just moved into this big beautiful amazing house, and have no furniture. and, no money to buy it with. In the process of moving, I realized how many pairs of lovely shoes and pieces of clothing I have that have never even been worn. So, here is the first of many items I will be selling on my etsy. ALSO, I will be getting my handmade designs up within the next month, yay :)

Now I'm going to attempt to organize said clothing and shoes sans furniture...wish me luck lovelies!

Inspiration: Ethereal Romance

For my final forecasting presentation, I'm researching a Spring 2010 trend. I was immediately drawn to the romantic, fairylike ruffles, luxuriously draped gowns, and icy pastels that reminded me of my childhood. I remember collecting those little fairy figurines you can find at Hallmark and reading my mother's collection of beautifully illustrated books about fairies. I'm not even ashamed to admit that I believed in them wholeheartedly as a child.....

*I randomly saved these images onto my computer and forgot to label where I found them! If any of these are your images or know whose they are, please let me know :)

Oh Blog

I'm so sorry for neglecting you....

Anyway, these days the bank account is dwindling. Between writing rent checks and buying furniture for the new place, not selling anything at the store lately (COME ON I know you all need a tutu skirt and a new pretty summer dressy), and spending stupidly in general, I have zero dollars for pretty summer clothes. I need inspiration to revive some old pieces, or advice on a few things I should actually buy that I can mix and match with while i'm stuck in the Tennessee heat. hm.

I do need:

sandals, preferably not gladiators, i'm not gonna lie, I'm over it.

rompers. definitely not over these just yet :)

a sun dress

some sort of jean cut offs, goodwill baby

some light blouses perhaps.
